On Saturday, May 13, 1871 the Hunkey Dora played the first reported game of Base Ball in the soon to become Borough of Lansdale, PA.
On April 7, 2024 the Hunkey Dora Base Ball Club will play its first match in the National Association of Historic Base Ball Clubs.

Our mission is to recreate the experience of America’s pastime as it was in its infancy. Providing the Community’s Base Ball enthusiasts the opportunity to play, participate or just enjoy the game of Base Ball as it was played in the 1860’s & 1870’s.

The Hunkey Dora Base Ball Club of Lansdale Pa will have its first match April 7, 2024. We will play by the rules of 1864. We have several roster spots to fill. All interested in playing the game of base base as it was in its infancy are welcome. All ages, gender and skill levels. We play for the love of the game.
